AOL is good.  I don't know why everyone hates it.

It was crap when I last tried it.

Only because it didn't allow use of Outlook Express for its mailbox.

Bastards.

Never heard of it.  I'm just using AOL with a Comcast cable modem.

That's because BT stands for British Telecom. I'm also with BT and see no reason to change. Just as long as I don't have to call up their customer service, as it completely sucks. It's the same for all big companies though, so AOL would only be worse.

Apparently you can access AOL mail with Thunderbird, it says how here, I expect Outlook could also be set up the same way. That said I'm happy accessing my AOL mail using AOL's browser and just using Thunderbird to access MSN and Yahoo.

AOL has improved a lot since I first got it in 2001  :) That said I still use FireFox for most of my browsing  :p

Good choice tweek.

AOL is overpriced garbage, and isn't really worth what it provides.  Plus it's the main reason most of the population of internet users are actually moronic idiots.  If that isn't evil, I don't know what is....

So.  I don't like the stupid flood control PEEL has, but they still make me use it.  I use Spybot and all that stuff, but I don't like to.  It's a matter of needing to.
