So is leelaholic just pulling a fast one, or did something horrible happen? Something along the lines of Jeff Goldblum and his "encounter" with a certain insect?

Looking at the latest posts in the Simspnos thread, I get the feeling that leelaholic is taking the piss out of Teeside.

I was making a joke, man! It was a joke about Teeside Inc's horrible grammar, spelling and Lisa obsession!!

I switched to his avatar and started posting like him to be funny. I didn't think anyone would take it this seriously.

Melllvar made a comparison to mine and Xmpel’s avy, using our avy’s as a "not very hilarious" example. That covers the "hilarious" part. As for the "funny" part, Archie sarcastically (I’m pretty sure it was sarcastically, but even if not, the same point applies) talked about people sharing avy’s as funny.  Both me and Xmpel apply to Archie’s post. Even if we weren’t who the sentence was directed at, we still apply to it because it was a generalized statement about a category we both fall into.

I was merely saying that weren’t trying to be hilarious, or even remotely funny, because this is the impression people seem to have got as to why we’re doing this, when that’s not the actual reason. Then you had to come in, with your half-assed post, resulting in all this pointless crap. How utterly pathetic...
