i have to questions about PEEL;

1: sometimes my pc does not always come up with my peel. please can you tell me how to get on to it?

2: how do you do a link to another site?

1. MyPEEL only shows up when somebody responds to one of your posts.

1. And to get "My PEEL" you need to make a post, use a cookie or you can login by going to Preferences.
