Center the star closer to the center perhaps, and then have a circle around it fade from blue (at the center) to transparency toward the outer edge.  I think that might look pretty cool.

I know what you mean. I'll probably keep trying to make my own version of my Xmas avatar just for the hell of it (if I make something that looks good I may well change it, I'm sure you wont take offense).

Addictive is not a strong enough word for the lure of avatar making. It's like gravity, all it takes is a little push.

It's not 64x64.

Also... I haven't talked with marc a whole lot, so I'm not sure where the record stands.... a lot of you are now using the ability to use .png images.  This is a good thing, but the disk size might still be an issue.

I won't make a big deal about it... but if it's possible, I'd shoot for something more like 6-8 kbs.  This is just a head's up, and I haven't seen anything too ridicculous.  You're all getting really good at this avatar making thing though.

can anybody think of a way to spice up my avatar?

Smarty's too quick for me but I hate to leave something unfinished. So I did what I think is his cutest moment.



I figure with the first one you can be inventive and have different stuff on the telly (my first thought being the PEEL logo). My other thought was to give your avatar a little wooden house with the name Bender Seymour on it.

Anyway, at least you'll have spares, SMH.
