If I'm not lazy in the future, I might add a list on wikipeelia of people who do pretty decent jobs with avatars and do them somewhat often.  Would that be credit enough in your opinion trickster?

There needs to be a Custom Avatar Archive somewhere.

Ok. Right click on the avatar I posted (NOT the one you posted in your quote) and then click save as. Name it what you want and then save it to a location, like your desktop. When you do that, go to page 5 of this thread and at the top, winna posted where to go from there.

Is that one that you have a pool avatar?  And is it also the one you had before the switch?

Because if that's the case, I think when we switched over to PEEL 2, it only saved people who had custom avatars at the time......  I had to re-add Juliet earlier.

9 months into my PEEL membership I feel the need for a new avatar but I'm lacking the talent. Also I'm lacking inspiration - any ideas what might be good?

A cartoonified shark might be nice, or simply a shark fin behind my current avatar? I really have no idea what I want (I realise this doesn't help matters either).

Also, specifically for what you want no.9 man, I suggest downloading irfanview.  It's a lot smaller than GIMP, so it's more handy for simple things like saving to new formats and picking transparencies.

Second thoughts, can you rotate the angle of the staff by about 10/15 degrees anti-clockwise? (Sorry to be picky, I still think you're a genius)

I don't exactly know what you mean by that, but thanks for calling me a genius.
Basically, in GIMP, I made my own staff and cleverly lined up between the two hands and made a full version of the staff in another layer, rubbed out some bits and transparenated the background. All just very quick add, remove and resize.

Damn you, picky Shepard! I can't rotate it. I should have kept it as two layers, but I'll try again.

My original thought was to have him hold the staff in just the one hand and for it to be reasonably vertical. I should have been clearer about that.

(And the hand reference was to do with your healing/sleep-inducing hands)
