psycho amy needs help so plz HEEELLPPP MMEE!!!!

hello
 i used to be a lurker but now ive made myself into a newb..(completely random..) 

i hav a dilema- im going to a party dressed up as amy but i cant make my hair stick up like hers   hairspray doesnt work and it stinks BAD

Anyway, why don't you just get some large hard out sticking from your head and cover it with black-paper/painted-paper forming the shape of Amy's hair
