I think Morbo from this grab, or this scene thereabouts, would make a good pool avatar.

Looks good, is a little to small however. Avatars for PEEL should be exactly 64x64, because they would be stretched otherwise.

I'll add a transparent border to if you like and then add it to the list as your wish. Just be patient then, because it'll need time to be finally uploaded.

Nope, it isn't uploaded yet. Seeing that SlimmyCGEF just did an upload-session, probably means that you have to wait a long time to get it.

If it gets uploaded you can login to your profile settings and select custom is there as your avatar.

Just lean back, and be patient

Okay, I decided to try my hand at making an avatar. Taken from a recent Garfield cartoon.

Copyright laws aside, the only problem I think it has is it isn't transparent (well actually the quality looks crappy too but never mind that for now). How do you make something transparent?

depends on the program you use, I use gimp which is a very powerful, open source based software. in that you just remove the bits of a gif you dont want with the eraser and it makes it a transparent layer.

heres my try, but it would be easier with the original pic.

Ah, thank you sriontoc!
I started to try and cut it down again from the original (which is here, just for reference, but these get taken down after a month I think, so it won't be there if anyone is looking at this in a few weeks) and erase the background but then I couldn't be bothered.
Anyway, it looks just fine as is, I don't mind about the slightly crap quality, so I will use your one.
