The way Zoidberg pronounces "robot" never ceases to amuse me. Also, I think the funniest line in the Slurm factory episode is when the Professor sees the Grunka Lunkas and says "Tell them I hate them!"

anything scuffy says or in luck of the fryrish when frys talking about his clover and he says

"i never told anyone where i hid it not even scuffy" and then scruffy just gives a evil look and walks out makes me laugh every time i see it

I have always liked the line from TheWhyofFry when leela is at elzars for her date with the mayors aid....

Not true, the original post said "List some little jokes that made you inexplictedly laugh your head off." Anyway, probably everything listed on the thread so far was intended to be funny by the writers/actors/animators, even if it wasn't a punchline of a joke. I think the idea of this thread is random little things that aren't really "punchlines" and probably wouldn't seem funny if you described them to someone who'd never seen the show, but in context you found really funny.

I always erupt in hysterics at the end of the 'Impulsive Leela' What-if machine vision in Anthology of Interest I. I know it's supposed to be funny, but I laugh far, FAR, too hard at it, whenever I see it. (not going to bother quoting it, as it makes no sense out of context)

Also, in the accusing parlour, in the same episode, when Zoidberg says, "Someone in this room is a big murderer!", where Leela takes a few seconds to act astonished. That always cracks me up.

This has been mentioned already, but the expression on Fry's face after Leela says, "Planet Express Ship! Cover your shame!" in Love and Rocket makes me laugh.

When Bender smacks Elzar with his hand in "The 30% Iron Chef", Elzar's face doesn't snap back to normal right away - the scene seems to pause for a second on the full-blown "slapped" face.

Considering I was the only one who lay in hysterics when I and my buddies saw this scene, I guess this can be counted as a 'no good reason' scene: Fry's dance to 'The Hustle' in Jurassic Bark. Hilarious!  It had me laying for minutes.

Morbo:  Morbo can't understand his TelePrompTer. He forgot how you say that letter that looks like a man with a hat.

Linda:  It's a "T". It goes "tuh".

That one always cracks me up.

When Lrrr got high off the hippie in "The Problem with Popplers." That has always made me laugh more than necessary. The expression when he discovers that his hands can indeed touch themselves, that's just priceless. "Oh. Wait."

I don't no but the one eps where Bender has this adopted kid come out of his chest after using him as a toilet was pretty hilarious. And yes Fry chasing that parrot is really funny. Oh and I don't think it was snails he mentions, it was sink lizards.

In The Day the Earth Stood Stupid, when Leela turns Fry around to face the brains outside the window and he makes this weird screaming noise... and in the same episode where Fry goes, "Where would a giant nerd be...?" and does a long exagerated gasp. It is impossible to tell you how hard I laughed. My friend and I thought they were the funniest things in the world. She made the screaming noise her answering machine. I was going to make the gasp mine, but I keep forgetting.
