Na, how hard could being the executive producer of two shows on opposite networks be?
*head explodes at the thought*

I agree, in the one of the commentries Mr. Dave Cohen mentions being quite ill and having to take time off for being exhausted whilst making the show. Season 1 DVD's I think. So its very possible, at a stretch...

Im not saying that the new series will suck, i'm just saying i'd MUCH rather have new Futurama episodes instead.

Well you don't actually know that until you see the other new show.
anyway someone else can act as executive producer Keeler and Kaplan (assuming they come back) are probably the best of the senior writers and may be a good choice and capable of performing the role.

good point User_names_suck. David X is great, but there are others who could be just as good if given the chance.

So in other words...we're gonna be waiting for a while.

**Edited because it made no sense*** There may be some cool info in this magazine called "The Magazine - Not for Adults" supposedly in Feb 2004 they had a huge ass article about futurama. Heres' the back order page, it was made in canada.. Magazine Back Order Page w/ 4 Different covers too! -> I like the Leela one, cuz I've never seen the art before "FUTURAMA IS BACK" on the cover makes me scratch my head and wonder... hmmm

I keep hearing the same rumours. That would be great if Futurama got picked up again.....Wow! I'm gonna go on the Rough Draft Studios Site to try and milk the production company and artists for more info. Anyone who wants to follow...... www.calleros.com/Pages/rds/RDmain.html

If they can bring Family Guy back then they can damn well bring Futurama back as well. They should just replace all the fucking reality shows with Futurama eps. Then maybe it will reverse the mass liquification that's been going on with the brains of the public at large.
