I have braces and whenever I get my colors changed, I want to get a new Futurama theme.  I only got them last month, so I'm still on my 1st set of colors, which are the title theme colors (dark blue, light blue, red, and yellow).  I get my colors changed in 2 days and I want suggestions on what to get.  I have thought about themes like slurm (blue, purplish-pink, and green), or character themes like Bender (silver, black, and yellow).  Right now, I'm leaning torwards the Fry theme of red, white, orange, and blue, but I'm open to new ideas.

Braces suck! I use to hate mine, but when you get them off you have to wear the (DUH DUHH DUHHHH) retainer   :p .
But you can do
The PE ship = light green, grey, and red
PE logo = pale yellow, peach, and black/grey
or something like Fry & Leela's hair (Red and Purple)

I had braces awhile ago now but I still remember the bloody pain my orthodontist put me in.

My jaw clicks when I eat now, fucking things are of medieval design when I think about it. :(

I hated braces and managed to avoid them for years until my parents gave me an ultimatum. I technically don't have to where the retainer anymore but I've been told I should keep using until my wisdom teeth come through. Which could be... never? Great :\

Anyway, if you could arrange the colours that would be cool. Like having the colours striped (like the red strip on the PE ship, complete with potholes  :D)

My dentist told me I will never have to get braces!   :p
If I did though, it would be orange and the color of the P.E. ship.

Well I didn't get to wear braces and now I have crappy looking teeth that are *still* painful (I have impacted wisdom teeth) Consider yourself lucky - you will have lovely straight teeth for the rest of your life! <jealous>

When I get my braces I plan on having a Fry Theme:
Red and Orange.

Or maybe I'll just go with Pink and Snot green.

Haha!  I only need my braces for 5 months and I don't need a retainer after.  Just a bar glued to the back of my teeth. :p  Anyway, cool ideas (some).  I think I'm gonna go with the Fry theme (red, orange, white, blue)  and I'll refer back to this when I get my colors changed next.  Maybe Robot Devil...  And although they are braces, I like having them to show my patriotism to Futurama.  The only things I hate are getting food stuck in them and getting brace imprints in my lip after playing trumpet.

My dentist made many promises she couldn't keep. Like 'Don't worry, you'll only need these for a year or two at most'

All you young whippersnappers and your coloured braces- I had to have white, like it or lump it!

Yeah, that's not fair. I once spent time with my teeth held captive to braces, but now it's nearly over. I have them for about 6 months more I think, but I am going to get a Futurama theme next. I am going for the opening title colors. I suggest the same for you, and thanks for the idea. I think I'll have red and yellow in the middle of each row, and blue and light blue patterned on every other bracket.

and I eat what I want. (don't listen to my dentist)

I didn't think of it either.  My friend, knowing how much Futurama is part of my life, suggested it and it was better than anything I was thinking of.

I am experiencing similar problems. My bite is disaligned and I have an overbite so when I bite down, my bite is far forward and the space between my middle two bottom teeth lines up with the middle of one of my middle teeth(kind of hard to explain). I also have teeth that have been grinded down over the years and now fit into each other in ways they aren't supposed to. I did see an orthodontist back in August...but I haven't been back since. My mouth remains empty.

I've had various forms of braces and retainers nonstop since fourth grade. I'm a high school senior now, and my teeth are still shifting back to being crooked! What a load of rot! Go by this, though... I had to wear rubberbands. They felt fine on one side but hurt like mothers on the other, so I only wore them on the comfy side. MISTAKE! To this day my teeth don't touch on the right side. No matter how much you hate it, you have to do everything they say... At least, symmetrically.. The colors were the only good thing about the ordeal[though I always preferred black, not exactly colorful...]

What about fry and leela? purple and orange. Though that might look like you had bits of weird food stuck in your teeth.

Luckily my parents were not sadistic enough to send me to an orthadontist. Unless you want to be an actor/actress/in the public view, I don't see what's wrong about having non-straight teeth

It makes it easier to clean them- for some people they only need a slight straightening but, like TheLampIncident, my teeth were all over the place. My mouth was too small to hold all my teeth so they all got pushed into weird angles and shapes. It made them difficult to clean (especially when you're a lazy ten year-old) and now my teeth have gone slightly yellow. It ticks me off that they look weird like that, and I wish I'd got them done when I was youner instead.

I used to have braces myself.  So did my sister.  Braces both caused us a lot of pain.  I agree with the poster that said they were like a medeveal torture deivce.  I've had mine wired, and my sister's had hers bonded.  I've had mine for 4 years, she had hers for 3.  Unfortuntely, there was no Futurama around when we had them!  It was before it came to be.

My teeth are actually straight, but they're spaced, aligned improperly, and an overbite I guess. Apparently both of my jaws are sticking out at least a little. But the front one more.

Godspeed Indiana FuturamaFreak.
I might get brces, I might not. But if I do, I'd get Invisaline. Or if I have to get metal, I like the idea of Futurama themed...and, as a bonus I can say....
