im a newby so i dont know who flexo is, and since bender is awesome, id say bender.

Flexo is Bender's evil twin robot brother(they were made from the same machine so they are brothers in a way). Flexo barely shows up until it is neccesary. He's involved in only like two episodes or something.

Bender and Flexo are essentially the same robot, with slightly different personalities. We've seen them fight twice, both times it was basically a tie.
