The last season is season 5. There are only few in that season though, and it will be added in the season 4 DVD I believe since there are so few.

There were four official production seasons, but Fox delayed some of the episodes for so long that Futurama extended over five broadcast seasons (and then into the summer after the fifth season).

4 Production Seasons. They made the 4 seasons that you can buy on DVD.

5 Air Seasons. When FOX didn't show all the episodes in a season, some got carried over to air with the next production season. They made 4 season's worth of episodes stretch into 5.

The Fry Hole's Episode Guides show which episodes come under which season.
