I read the game will be for X-Box and Playstation 2, so will it be completely in 3-D?? Oh, dear... I don't wanna see Fry, Leela and the others like Toy Story characters...

Maybe they'll use that 3D cell shading type stuff that Nintendo is using to crappify the next Zelda game.

The new games for PS2, xbox, and gamecube look really good.  Its not crappy looking 3D characters like we are used to seeing on PS1 and dreamcast, and also N64.  I think this is be a very good looking game in many differnt ways.  Btw, my site does have a lot of info about it.  Look in the video game section and the old news page.  My sig has a link to it.

Well, X-box is a console. PC is a advanced communication system with lots of possibilities.

In other words, X-Box from "Microjunk", sucks compare to really good PC-systems!

I don't think so, a lot of people use their pc only for gaming, so why would you pay so much more for a complete pc while you could have a console with the gaming qualitys of a pc??

Don't know if anyone posted this yet but it's going to be released this August says Amazon and Vivendi says Fall 2003.  Screenshots and more info here: http://www.vugames.com/search_results.do?genre=all&platform=all&keyword=futurama
I wish i had an xbox or ps2 to play this but I only have a GC... Amazon is taking pre-orders for the GC version which is odd...

The game is now going to be out on GC. It isnt going to be on PC. If it does really well on the other consoles you'll see it on PC next year but in the mean time go and buy a cheap console like a gamecube. Its like £80 or something stupid like that. The games graphics look ok in the actual game but in the cut scenes.......yuk. The characters look really bad-they should have done them in a 2d cartoon style for the cut-scenes.

I thought that futurama the game would`t come out in usa on gamecube. Only europe.

Well i know there will be a "unbroadcast episode" in the game.

There is a trailer for the game in the Season 3 set and it doesn't look that good. The Cool thing is that it seems they got the actors to do the voices for the game. Games based on TV shows or movies are usualy never good so I'm not keeping my hopes up.

It looks like a typical first-person shooter, with Fry running around the streets of NNY shooting robots.  Not exactly the spirit of the show, but dialogue by the actors helps it work.  I saw an extended preview last year, and it could be good.
