DVD commentaries.

When I watch all the episodes on DVD, I usually go back to the commentary, which I find equally as good. Which episode has the best commentary, who has the best comments and so forth...

One of the funniest things on a commentary was in "A flight to Remember" and what they did to Leonardo Di Caprio's head.

I also like the commentaries because what I find funny, the produces think likewise. It's always good to see their inspiration and such.
What are some good commentaries?
