Which episodes have songs them, the ones I can think of at this moment:

Hell is other robots
How hermes requisited his groove back
Xmas story

And I don't think the gumpa lumpa (whatever) song from Fry and the Slurm Factory counts as a song

g'uh you have to count the grunka lunka song... cause in the original Willy Wonka movie, its totally a song.  If the poppler jingle counts, the grunka lunka stuff should count too.

Yeah, thats whi I mentiond it in the initial thread  ;)
Yeah ok, I suppose the grunka lunk song should count.
Whalers on the moon is kinda hard...It's sang by others (just like the grunka lunkas) but's it's more like a annoying little tune.
Still, the only real songs are in Hell is other robots, bendin in the wind and How Hermes requisited his groove back. I think thats not very much compared to the Simpsons, don't mind though.

Thats a Background song when they fly to the gas station on Route √66. I mean songs they actually sing theirself, otherwise you could count "everybody's talking at me" and all the other BG songs. You can download the "real" songs in the media section of www.scanartcentral.com.  Btw in which episode do they use the alternate tune? I'm very sure they once used it

The convoy song?  That's a real song, not a Futurama original.

Who are the musical geniuses behind these songs?  Would we remember their work from such songs as "Kickin' It," "Senor Burns," and "The PLanet of the Apes Musical?"

Theres always the theme tune if that counts  :D  Its the only one I've even downloaded  :D

As for Simpsons songs, the softball song from Home Run Homer and the garbageman song from Trash of the Titans are my favourites... but thats kinda straying from the topic  :D

I do believe that's The Hustle, yes I do.  Don't ask me the artist, I just know it because I had it in band. (assuming my brain hasn't crapped out and I'm confisung it with another disco song, of course)
