i know TONS of people who think futurama is utter crap, then worship a show of nothing more than nostalgia and random flashbacks

Sorry dude, but I think this thread is doomed. Welcome to PEEL! In general you should use the search function to see if a simular thread already exists, and there are many threads like this (not only here, but in the TV forum as well).

Hey, Family Guy and Futurama are both great shows. I wouldn't hate on either one for the world.

I do like Family Guy myself but yes these kind of people do annoy me.
