Which character (minor or main) was voice acted the best?

I would have to say Roberto, by Dave Herman. He did a great job with the crazy yells, and the way he Roberto talked, he really sounded insane.

By the way, if this has been done before, I'm sorry, I did a search and nothing like this came up.

I've always loved The Prof's (and pretty much everything Billy West does on the show)

Yes, Dave Herman did an excellent job.
Also watching Vol. 3, I have to say that John DiMaggio did a very excellent job matching John Goodman's Robot Santa. Bravo. "Do what you will, but we'll see who has the last 'ho'!"

Did you check the Human Resource Department?

Here's one.

This one's a poll.

Yeah, I checked the human resource department, and I didn't see those.

However those are more for the sound of the voice, not the acting.

The funniest is when John DiMaggio blows into the mic for when Bonder smokes..

Well Season 4's voice acting went out the window, only Leela's voice acting improved. The rest got worse. The best though is either Roberto or Professor Farnsworth in Season 2 and 3...

Season 4's voice acting was exactly the same as Season 3's, there was no decline in quality there (or anywhere actually) although I do agree that Leela's voice improved a bit.

I loved the Robot Devil's voice.

Yeah, the Robot Devil's voice is awesome.  Unfortunately, I watched all the episodes out of order so I can't really tell if a character's voice improved or not.

I have to go with Nixon because of the werewolf thing or Zapp because of the unnecisary sylable and his rendition of "Lola".

Almost all of the voice acting is outstanding, but Billy West has to take the prize, especially for Fry and the Professor. Honorable mention to Dave Herman, I enjoy his characters a lot.

I thought season 4's performances were pretty on-par with season 3's as well.  If I noticed any dip in quality, it wasn't in the acting.

To this day, Billy West and Tom Kenny are the only two voice actors who have brought me to tears simply through the sheer emotion in their voices (in "The Sting" and LotF respectively), and given how much ice encased my cold, cold heart back when the show was airing, that's an effing accomplishment.

Dave Herman gets major props from me for doing such a wide range and great number of voices on the show, though.

But seriously, they're all brilliant.
