My marathon went well, but I dozed off on disc 3, series 3. It was only for an hour though, My brother dozed off later, on disc 4. We then stayed awake by sheer will. It was very difficult, I really appreciate the gaps in the episodes when you select play all, that's when there is a rush to the toilet. It was great when it got to the end of TDHAIPT. I think I need to be better prepared next time

Pretty sure it counts.I taped most of season 3 and part of 4 between the end of November till now. Of course, judgeing by how I think tapes only go up to 6 hours or a little over , theres the time of changing the tapes.ButYou could still do it with seasons 1 and 2 on DVDs.

Congratulations! How long did it take? 25 hours? Any strange dreams yet? I remember having really weird futurama-dreams afterwards... the Futuramathon is the closest thing to a brainwash I've ever had... I think... What other marathon could be more enjoyable than a Futuramathon??? I'm shocked!!

Well I'm glad to hear that since I was able to do this about a week ago. It took a hours but I was able to do it. I had four tapes, so that is about 20 episodes per 8 hour tape. I could just go right into an episode and not change tape so often.
I was able to get Futurama seasons 2 and 3 on DVD this tuesday, I'll I need is season four and I can do the marathon on DVD.

Never before have I consumed so many potato chips, devoured so much cold Rally's chicken, and... wait. That's all I ate. Good, though! I gotta do it again sometime... Perhaps with actual people...

Well, when I said "endure", I meant that I stayed awake the whole time, not that the episodes were unbearable.

Well to be pedantic, "futurama" and "endure" didn't actually appear in the same sentence but yeah, you are right.
Y_L_B, how long did yours take? Mine started at 1725 and ended 1845 the next day.

Mine took around 26 1/2 hours. 1591 minutes to be exact. (I timed the whole thing in case of such a question. )
