Yes you're correct, although I was looking for a special Us-president.

The next game should contain an additional rule, I think:

If you just had a turn, you have to wait at least 24 hours or 1 other trivia game before you are allowed to participate again.   
Some of us (that contains also myself sometimes) leave no chance for others   .
