I know there have been 'favourite episode' threads before, but I think it'll be interesting to see everyone's lists and comments in this format.

Season 1
1. 1ACV09 - Hell is Other Robots- A great all round episode, featuring a really good song and some great Bender moments.
2. 1ACV13 - Fry and the Slurm Factory- Futurama was really starting to hit its stride by this time. An all round quality episode.
3. 1ACV10 - A Flight to Remember- A brilliant mix of humor and 'shippiness'.

Honorable Mentions:
1ACV12 - When Aliens Attack
1ACV04 - Love's Labours Lost in Space- Introduction of the Zapper.

Season 2
1. 2ACV03 - A Head in the Polls
2. 2ACV04 - Xmas Story- I 'm a big fan of the Xmas episodes.
3. 2ACV05 - Why Must I Be a Crustacean in Love- As a big Zoidberg fan, how could I resist this episode?

Honorable Mentions:
2ACV13 - Bender Gets Made
2ACV16 - Anthology of Interest I- The first two segments were brilliant, and the third wasn't bad.
2ACV14 - Mother's Day- Old people sex. What more can I say?
2ACV15 - The Problem With Popplers- The episode that got me into Futurama.

Season 3
1. 3ACV19 - Roswell That Ends Well- Best episode ever.
2. 3ACV02 - Parasites Lost- A (very) close second.
3. 3ACV03 - A Tale of Two Santas

It wasn't all bad, but season 4 was easily the worst season if you ask me. I'm going to wait for my S4 DVDs before adding it to my list.

Nice touch with the 'dishonourable mentions', here are mine:
Season 1: 1ACV11 - Mars University- Gunther was quite possibly the worst Futurama character ever. At least Cubert is treated like the annoying brat he is, but Gunther never got the beating he deserved.
Season 2: 2ACV19 - The Cryonic Woman- Worst. Non-season 4. Episode. Ever.
Season 3: 3ACV18 - Anthology of Interest II- The second and third segments were actually quite good, but I really dislike the Bender one.

Again, a good season.

6. The Day the Earth Stood Stupid

Probably the best season.

Season 4

1. Less than Hero
2. The Why of Fry
3. The Sting
4. Spanish Fry
5. The Devil's Hands are Idle Playthings

All great episodes. I'm sure many people disagree with "Spanish Fry", but I think it was funny without being that distasteful.

I just thought it was one of the most incoherent episodes ever, crammed full of weak non-sequiters, left-over gags they just wanted to get in somewhere and some of the dumbest humour in the entire series. That was the bone I had to pick with it: taste had nothing to do with it.

That's pretty much my opinion of Spanish Fry too. I can definitely enjoy lower-horn humour if it's done well, but in this case it wasn't.  For me a few of the Season 4 episodes, including Spanish Fry, were lacking a real Futurama-ey feel, or vibe, or something.
