Well, Homer can take a lot of punishment, but Bender's a robot.  Fry could probably beat up a ten year old on a good day.

Zapp vs. Kirk would be interesting, but when the two of them are in the same room (or, in this case, a fight to the death) it would get really annoying. What I mean is, the sound of their voices can get really annoying if you listen to them for hours on end.
