FoaBP. in BBA, the ship nearly crashes into the neutral planet. in PL it's nearly crashed/blown up by the tanks in fry's stomach.

Fear of a bot-planet, because in the other two the ship is driven / flown by another captain than Leela. (Zapp in BBA and Amy in PL)

Or is it much easier than I thought?

 PL is the odd one, because we the the ship as a miniature.
