luck of the fryrish, it doesnt have some robot confusion, fry thinks hes a robot in mainframe, bender thinks he a penguin in birdbot?

That is a good comparison, I didn't think anyone else would have came up with that, but it was not the answer I waslooking for. the answer was the hair robot.  He gave a new hair piece to Fry in Luck of Fryrish and was in Insane in the Mainframe saying, "I'm a pretty girl."  However, since I liked your observation, it is your turn.

Tinny Tim.  He is a parody of Tiny Tim, a character created by Charles Dickens.  Tinny Tim was in Bender gets made and Bender should not be allowed on TV

Does it have something to do with something in a James Bond film?
I can think of A Head In The Polls having the bit where they climb up the hotel with a rope. (Can't think of the right word for it!)

In answer to your question, yes it does have to do with James Bond, but I'm looking for something more direct.  That climbing up the hotel is so Batman.  You are on the the right track, you need to look very carefully at the scenes and spot the direct references to James Bond.

Raging Bender has the cinema Bond sequence.
A Head in The Polls has an evil villian taking over the world (Nixon).

No reference in Deep South? (I'm lost really)

You don't have to reveal the full answer straight away, you can wait until someone gets it fully/closer.

Bender is sober and his mouth is rusty in both I, Roomate and Obsoletly Fabulous.

Also, I didn't want my trivia to take forever to answer.

24 hour rule?  I may not have had a math class in a few months, but wasn't that was more like 1 hour 44 minutes from confirmation of correct-itude, and only 5 hours from my first guess.  I frown at you.  But, I didn't have any ideas for a new question, so that saved me a few moments of thinking of something, I guess.

As for your question...  is it a big piece of garbage, as Leela's parents are in the other two (the jewelry clue referring to the bracelet the Leela and her mother have in common)? A bit of a stretch on the clue, perhaps.

brannigan begin again, fry only wears his normal clothes, in a fight to remember he wears a suit and in godfellas he wears the snow outfit?

Is 'Brannigan Begin Again' the odd one out, because in both 'Godfellas' and 'A Flight To Remember', Fry wears different clothes to his usual red jacket and jeans. But in 'Brannigan Begin Again', he he just sits around in his underwear, but doesn't wear any different clothes?...

Hey I thought someone would get this in like 20 seconds... then again ffso has decided to butt out of this.. maybe my clue is a bit tooo far off.. try laundry instead. New clue.
Also Zapp Brannigans uniform is not a DOOP uniform.. it's just Zapp's.

In 'A Flight To Remember' they go past a laundry room down the escilator. In 'Brannigan Begin Again' Leela gets sent to the laundry room, which from there on after is know as "The brig". So does that mean 'Godfellas' is the odd one out?...

In "Godfellas" and "Brannigan...", someone gets locked in the laundry room. In "A Flight To Remember", that doesn't happen.

Cubert is in a clone of my own and was "supposed to appear in Fear Of A Bot Planet. So the Why Of Fry is the odd one out because it has nothing to do with Cubert.

OR a clone of my owns the odd one because its the only one with Cubert in.

Wrong, because Cubert was actually supposed to appear in A Big Piece Of Garbage. It's nothing to do with Cubert, anyways.
