Just a thought from a fan in England

i thought  Matt Groening didnt want to make any more simpsons in favour of futurama, he should blackmail fox , futurama goes back on or the simpson gets it, wonder what fox would say.

A nice idea, slightly snagged by the fact that in terms of Fox, Groening has about as much power as a hedgehog in the middle of the M25. Still, thanks for sharing.

Plus Matt already said in an interview it really isn't his style using the Simpsons as leverage. So the idea is pretty much dead.

I liked your idea.  All the FOX execs would probably cry if The Simpsons were to get axed in that way considering they all seem to worship that show like it's some kind of religion.

i feel the simpsons has two maybe three seasons left at max, i watched the regina monicles the one set in Britain it was crap,

maybe if Matt Groening Matt Groening when to the bbc they'd might buy it, use the licence fee for something decent.

ahh a mighty fine idea you have there catindisguise.
furthermore the simpsons does suck these days, but everyone knows it better than the bible, or their favorite suringe. the fact of the matter is u will never see futurama brand merchandise in stores...well u probably will i dont know..i never have. thousands of simpson board games, calandars, trinkets, crap apon crap. it must be selling good or something miraculously acceptable. so maybe if u like futurama, dont buy anything that says simpsons on it....now all u need to do is get the rest of the world to do the same.

FOX is evil.  It has no taste.  What are they thinking quiting great shows like Futurama or Family Guy, for reality shows which no one watches.  Like wtf is Banzai!  Fox is so stupid.  And man wat has Matt been doing, either this world has flipped, or the people at FOX have been born in 1921 and think that opera music is kool and every kool kid listens to it.
