I know this is my first post but I only recently fell in love with the show after getting the season 1 DVD for Christmas.  I was horrified to hear that my new favorite show was already cancelled.  Now I find it hard even to laugh at The Simpsons anymore.
So, I started a petition at
 http://www.petitiononline.com/futrma01

I know there were many other petitions, but the more the merrier! Please sign it.

Sorry to be the one to tell you, but it's too little too late, mattmag. CGEF/PEEL had a huge running petition/campaign to save Futurama, but it fell on deaf ears. I doubt they'd respond to another petition.

I'm afraid that El Zilcho is right.  Futurama is dead, and another petition isn't going to bring it back.

Welcome to PEEL anyway, mattmag.   :D

Sorry matt.  The original petition got 130,000 signatures, and a printed copy was delivered to FOX by hand.  It didn't do any good.

And it's getting on for two years now since the show was put out of production, so the chances of it coming back at all are virtually non-existant.

Welcome to PEEL though!

Your heart's in the right place, matt. Unfortunately Fox's isn't...

Good idea, no question. Too bad it is a few years too late for something like this.
Not to mention this petition wouldn't change anything at all...    :hmpf:

Also, hello mattmag.    :)

What are you people, idiots?! You can't give up hope just because it's hopeless! You gotta hope even more and cover your ears and go blablablablabla...  ;)

Nah I'm afraid it really doesn't make any difference. At least we can still hope to see a Futurama movie one day.  :)

Or maybe David X. Cohen will finally get to make that Space Invaders movie he always dreams of in commentaries and interviews.   :)

I really don't think that petition will get anywhere, i signed it anyway, incase it does get somewhere then I can go "see I helped with that, praise me!". How can you make a space invaders movie, I spose you can imagine space invaders in bullet time can't you!
