im starting to think channel 7 are making up for there badness. There getting straight into series 2 of scrubs and after 5 or 6 episodes of futurama's season 3 hopefully theyll go straight into series 4. What else are they gonna show at 10:30 at night.

The Australian packaging has 2 problems
1) the cardboard will wear out, with out the British Plastic sleeve
2) U miss out on a whole lot of artwork

Normally the plastic sleave is the porthole only, u can lift that off to see a huge NNY cityscape on S1 set and this awesome Outterspace scene on s2 set

In late 1999, Channel 7 started to show Futurama on Fridays at 8:00pm after Sabrina. After showing the first and second season together, ending in mid 2000, Channel 7 put Futurama on hiatus (is that the word I'm looking for?).

And now, after 3 years since it first aired on Australian TV, Channel 7 started airing the season 3 episodes last December and hopefully, season 4 within the coming weeks...

Well they did show two seasons in a row the first time, so why not get the most out of the show they paid for?

Is there a time when channel rights to Futurama expire? If so does anyone know when it is?

@Carb
C7 would need to renew their rights when Fox stop syndicating a series of Futurama.

Well I think Futurama is getting enough ratings for C7 to keep it on for the 4th season. Besides, they just bought King Of The Hill off C10 so I guess they'd want something to air with it so it becomes more popular (even though its not that good of show).
