She might just be wearing incredibly tight see-through clothes... But then again, what would be the difference? Also, Spooner - I highly doubt that it's a Family Guy reference. Those types of pajama's were around well before Family Guy, and Family Guy isn't exactly the type of show that Futurama would reference anyway. However, you are correct in the fact that it's mainly worn by babies - and I think we can all agree that it's just a joke about how Fry has a young mind, and I'm amazed that this thread hasn't been closed yet.
