I just felt like pointing out that Leela didn't sleep with Will Shatner.  They were just making out.

Bendless Love could be definitely better if Fry didn't ride the Professor as a bike!!(shudders)

Ignoring the obvious positions of their crotches, what was wrong with that scene?  ;)

Well maybe nothing else, but could you possibly believe that the creators could be so naive?

Oh come on that was hilarious, especially when Bender put the stick in the wheel and you see the Professor and Fry fly off into the distance!

Look, you already confessed that you weren't a big fan of that episode anyways. Why d'you have to keep on about that little thing you didn't like if changing it wouldn't make it perfect anyways?!

I think that from the episodes I have seen, TDHAIP is probably the closest to perfection apart from when Leela was eating buggalo, her line was just a bit too out of character for me and having Amy eating it later just didn't seem to have any point and reminded me of it. Apart from that though I loved everything about the episode. Also "Roswell That Ends Well" is the closest to perfect for me if you solely concentrate on humour but I like a bit of seriousness and some plot undertones, especially ones concerning Fry and Leela's relationship.

WHAT!!! Zapp? singing? RTEW? I don't believe you... Aren't you talking about AWITM?

I also find this cute. Just because she's just not the typical "gurly" girl. But she tries sometimes, and therefore these kinds of slip-ups are adorable. Just like when she eats that huge insect leg in TDHAIP... it is sweet.
One thing that is NOT sweet is the "we've been let down by Leela" sequences with Munda and Morris.. unnecessary and took away time that could have been filled with cool stuff..

What? That was one of the best parts of the entire episode. The Velour Fog performing "Leela" ranks as one of the best karaoke songs ever.

Plus it's bashing William Shatner making it rock even more.

Oh, and I agree with Pikka Bird about the "Parasites Lost" scene. It wouldn't have been consistent with Leela's character to be sleeping in a delicate womanly way. That's something Amy would do, Leela is more tomboyish.

And yes, it was encredible cute.

For entertainment value only, yes. But actually this suggests that Mr. West can actually sing quite well. This is apparently bad on purpose... Does anyone know if he's sung in any other appearances in other stuff?

It's bad because it's mocking/paying homage to William Shatner's singing at a Science Fiction  Awards ceremony. That wasn't a pretty sight either. Same thing with Shatner doing a spoken word version of a rap song in WNFHGB.

Billy have done reasonably well when singing on Futurama, at least as Fry.

On the DVD commentary he is said to be quite the singer/guitar player. (But he doesn't beat Dan Castellaneta's (sic) Spanish Flee)

Probably not, and neither does he beat many other GREAT musicians throughout history. But good, he might be.

I thought the part in "Kif Gets Knocked Up a Knotch" where Zoidberg cries like a baby (it actually was a voice over of a real baby) was disturbing. I really don't see what's so funny about it. Everyone else finds that part in particular the best part of the episode, so I'm probably the exception once again.

But maybe I just don't get it. I should go watch that episode again. But if it weren't for that, this would've been one of the greatest. Kif giving birth wasn't as gross or disturbing as seeing Zoidberg cry like a baby.

I dunno mate.. I find the part when Kif explains that even the toilet can get him pregnant and then Zap comes out and say "Ah, my home away from home..Kif, ur toilet seams to be set to 'stun', not kill" hilarious because my bathroom does the same thing too! (the latter, not the part of it gettting me preganent though  :) )..
And the "Oh thank u merciful God" was gold man..
Heh heh...

Oh, but so much perverse amusement to be had!    :D

The pose on Leela in 'Less Than Hero'

"Mom, Dad: I'm Clobberella!"

I hate it. I don't know why, but I hate it.

BTW Snoo-snoo - that's Billy West doing the baby cry - see the commentary for KGKUAN.

Yeah, but is it more disturbing for that noise to come out of the mouth of a baby or a 50-year-old man?

do you really not get the zoidberg crying joke, or do you understand why it's supposed to be funny, you just don't think it's funny?
