Last week, while watching Adult Swim on Cartoon Network, I vaugley seem to recall a message about new episodes airing.  I haven't heard anything else about it, so I'm thinking I misread it or something.  Does anyone know anything about it?

It could be that they just bought Season 5 (not production) i don't think they are *Brand Spanking New Episodes* sadly, :(

Sorry, like FlasUrama said, they're just the McSeason 5 episodes. Cartoon Network didn't have permission to air them until recently. FOX wanted first dibs, and since the last episode aired a couple of months ago, CN got the okay signal from FOX.

That's probably what they meant.  I figured as much, but was just hoping...

I wish that it was about The Big O.   :p  After this week, The Big O goes into reruns.  There won't be any new episodes for a long time, if ever.   :(

But yeah, CN is getting new Futurama episodes.  Not new in the sense of brand new, but new in the sense of the ones CN didn't have yet.  More episodes of Futurama on Cartoon Network is always a good thing.

I'm a little upset tho.  Has anybody else noticed the ocasional pixelation of the Futurama episodes on CN?  It's like every once in a while, a big rectangular color-bled pixel will appear on screen, and blot out an outline of an object.  What gives?

that's either due to your digital cable service, or Turner Broadcasting is broadcasting the show with macroblocking. but the best visual quality you'll find of the show is either on a DVD, or if you watched the FOX broadcast with an HDTV.
