What characters do you think should've been in more Futurama episodes?

Without a doubt, phnog. Before 'Teenage Mutant Leela's Hurdles' aired, from the description, I was almost convinced he'd come back for it. Unfortunately that wasn't the case though, and not in any of the other eps either, not even a cameo   :(

Also, I'd like to have seen the Robot Mafia with at least one more semi-major role in an ep. And Roberto, because he rules!

Beelzebot wasnt in it that much. I liked him. Especially the robot hell song.

I agree with Otis on Phnog. He had a way of bringing out the best in Leela.

I know he worked so well bacause of the parody, but it would've been nice to see iHawk again. Maybe at the Taco Bellevue.

And Slurms MacKenzie, in a flash back or something. Maybe in a  video will. The episode could've been named "The Legend of Slurm's Gold" Hey, fanfic idea!

Leela's martial arts instructor from "Raging Bender".

Scruffy is/was a fun character.

An old janitor with an unknown past, making abstract on-topic remarks.

He's just my type.

Ah thanks, Teral.  :)
I think one episode was enough for him though.
I haven't seen anything of season 4 but I think they should have put the robot mafia and the neutrals in one or two more episodes.

I think Amy should have been shown more in some of the episodes just to make me happy. A perfect example would be "The Series Has Landed" which has the exact right amount for a non-centered episode. Dammit why weren't those Futurama writers concerned with making me happy?

Anyway yeah, apart from that, characters that were only used once or twice should have been used in future episodes if there were going to have been any, like the above mentioned neutrals and that weird fly-looking martial arts guy. Not Scruffy though, he was used just the right amount I think.

Roberto, Slurms, Inez and Leo, Wernstrum, Robot Mafia...

No, I think Scruffy was used just right.

I was tempted to say Helper, but on second thoughts he was used just right. Any more and he would've been too annoying to work.  :D

I'd like to have seen more of that Droopy soundalike Gorgak from My Three Suns though. Despite his distinctive voice, he never really seemed to develop much of a character.

Oh come on, Futurama needed more Roberto. Lots more. Much much much much more. He was the generic crazy guy, and very multi-use.

I think Dwight had a pretty good run, although one or two more episodes would have been kool...
I think the being of inconcievable horror would've been a crack-up too see more of.
Other than that, i essentually agree with every one here...

I think I've had enought Cubert and Dwight to last 7 lifetimes...and we know what happened to Gunter from Mars University (He transfered to business school and became the president of Fox...makes enough sence)

They deffinatly should have had more Roberto or Robot Devil or Nibblonians!

Definatly Roberto and Beelzebot.  I first thought scruffy but thn realized, the reason he was funny was because he was just randomly there every once in a while.  If he was always randomly there, well it would be random at all would it.

I thought Lur and his wife from Omicron Persei 8 were funny, and not in enough episodes. The two newscasters were consistently funny, too. As for the major characters, I'm with JamesBond: there weren't enough Fry heavy episodes.

Just thought of someone who should have had at least one more episode...Michelle.

Maybe in one of the last episodes if she got her ass whooped by Leela that'd be great!!!

I think there was enough of Lrr and the Omnicronians. They were really losing their worth near "Spanish Fry."

I'd like to have seen more of MOM Corp., actually. Just to see how an evil multi-billion dollar corporation goes about conquering the world. I'm sure that there must be more interesting people in that corporation than Mom and her sons.

Yeah i think they were STRETCHING it a little with the whole "human horn" thingy.. But they were a fun couple to watch though.
Anyways i liked BuBbLeGUM and the whole Globletrothers. They were fuuuunkky...

Mom, Hermes and Labarbara, Amy (without Kif), Zap, The Neutrals, Mom, Mom's Sons, Gunther (perhaps Gunther vs. the network executives), Glurmo and Slurms McKenzie, The Crusinator, Mom, Anybody in the cast of Star Trek, especially James Doohan, Nixon, Morbo, Mom.

I agree.  "Put Your Head on My Shoulders" was a good Amy episode, but later episodes like "Where the Buggalo Roam" and "Kif Gets Knocked Up a Notch" focused too much on Kif and not enough on Amy.

I had heard that Mr. Doohan was unable to appear in "Where No Fan has Gone Before" due to his poor health.  Does anyone here know if this is true or not?  I would have liked to have seen him in that episode, too.

Bam! The great master chef Elzar did not appear in anywhere near as many episodes as he should have. He surely would have knocked it up another notch.

The one showing of the Pain Monster was also simply not enough.
