I thought it was harder than usual because it wasn't a picture of like characters or scenery.It was just a random shot.

Well, I thought the whole idea of these quizzes is to be challenging? It's not like I gave you a picture of something which was indistinguishable. It's figure-out-able from the clues within. The sign obviously says "Vacancy", which is either being removed or added to the door. This either means that the property has been bought/sold. What's the most likely property to have been bought/sold in Futurama? An apartment.

Now, nobody except for Bender has moved out of their apartment during the course of Futurama, and that was only for a brief period during "I, Roommate", in which he presumably didn't put his old Robart Arms place up for sale, as he gets it right back at the end. So, it must be an apartment bought by a character. Fry's the only character to have done this, in "I, Roommate" and "A Fishful of Dollars". Seeing as the apartment in 1ACV03 wasn't up for sale (it was passed directly on to Fry and Bender), then the answer must have been... "A Fishful of Dollars"!

Rather easy, I would have thought. You know, for a smart person.
