Icelandic, don't understand some jokes. OSX Icons

Ok...the end of the Teenage Mutant Leela Hurdles episode, what is that all about, i don't understand it. I can't even hear what he says. and neither did the guy who put in icelandic subtitles

And i also have some MacOS X futurama icons i made, if somebody wants them i can put them online.

also....what is this  "Three Mile Island"...sorry not related to futurama...just saw it in a movie called "Whoopee Boys" one of the main characters puts on glasses that have eyballs that bounce off. And screams at a woman and says "Sorry, i've been working at three mile island"

There was a nuclear "incident" at the power plant on 3-mile island.  It could have resulted in a Chernobyl-like disaster, but it was averted.  I'm setting myself up to look like a moron here, but I think 3-mile island is either in Pennsylvania or New York.

I don't know, i missed that episode, perhaps another PEEL'er can clarify this

Nice work  why not put them on your iDisk's Public folder (assuming you have .Mac that is)

"On March 28, 1979 Reactor 2 at the Three Mile Island nuclear power plant suffered a partial meltdown.  Within weeks attorneys filed a class action suit against Metropolitan Edison Company (a subsidiary of General Public Utilities) on behalf of all businesses and residents within 25 miles of the plant.

 Over 2,000 personal injury claims were filed, with plaintiffs claiming a variety of health injuries caused by gamma radiation exposure.  The Pennsylvania district court quickly consolidated the claims into ten test cases. 

 Over the next 15 years, the case went to the Supreme Court and back, and through various district and appeals courts.  Finally, in June 1996 district court judge Sylvia Rambo dismissed the lawsuit granting summary judgment in favor of the defendants."

I haven't seen teenage mutant leela's hurdles, but I guess I won't understand it either.  Nice icons, by the way.  I love Fry's afro!!!!!!!!!
