A surprise upset last round, as heavy favorite (and Emmy nominee) "Jurassic Bark" loses to the final episode of teh Nibbler arc. Maybe we'll see something like that this episode, too...
Voting ends Wednesday night whenever the hell I feel like closing the thread. The winner will go on with the others to our finals, beginning immediately afterwards.
And please... DON'T vote for whatever episode is getting the most votes! Vote for YOUR favorite!

I simply can't say no to an episode like Spanish Fry. It beats a bad shippy episode any time, plus Bender's jokes stayed hilarious the whole time. So were all the other jokes. *sighs* They don't make cartoons like that anymore. Dirty jokes are not usually prevalent in cartoons, so this was a real treat and a great laugh. We'll miss you, Futurama! "GOODBYE FROM THE WORLD OF TOMORROW!" EDIT: This poll has suddenly become evil in my eyes. These are all excellent episodes and you made me choose between them!?!?! Why? Why are there choices!? I can't show favoritism over certain episodes! I love Futurama! *bawls*

Go Parabox. I know you can't win (not when up against the Sting and Devils Hands) but I want you to win anyway.

The Sting. Because voting for anything else just feels wrong.

The Sting is thiiiiiiis good but in my opinion The Devil's Hands are Idle Playthings is thiiiiiiiiiis much better, both are exellent though. I think it was the singing that won Devils over.

Beezlebot made "the Devil's hands..." a favourite episode for me. I dunno why, but everytime that guy was on screen I couldn't stop grinning. He just had so much manic energy.
This, however, is followed closely by "The Sting", because hey, it did make me cry salty tears, and "The Farnsworth Parabox"-- I loved seeing the characters interact with themselves. Also, look on Universe A Leela and Fry's faces when they saw their married counterparts, heh.

i haven't seen the last of those 2 episodes there so i went with obsoletley Fabulous.
i think those episodes there were pretty consistent but i didn't think any were particulary amazing or had some flaws that made me not like it so much. like the overly romantic story of the sting

This is probably the most difficult round, because the line up is so strong, and it's very difficult to choose between them. I could probably justify voting for almost any of them. I think it comes down to a final choice between The Sting, The Farnshworth Parabox, and The Devils Hands. The Farnsworth Parabox has possibly the single funniest moment in any episode of Futurama, Hermes finding it hard choosing not to push the eject button. But then the other two have such a great emotional core. I love the holophoner music in the closing shot of Devils Hands. But I think over-all The Sting wins due to its pure oddness, brilliant concept, and general coolness. It's got everything: action, romance, and gaint bees from outer space!

What an incredible run of episodes. They definitly made all the months of waiting Fox put us through almost worth it. That being said, it comes down to three. The Farnsworth Parabox is perhaps the greatest comic episode of Futurama. It starts great ("Buddha, Zeus, God, somebody help me..., Satan, you owe me!" ) and just builds on that. Its somewhere in my top 10. But it is against the two best episodes of the year, and two of the best of the series. The Devil's Hands are Idle Playthings was a wonderful episode, and was everything I could have ask for from a season and series finale. For those that attack it, take a break, go outside, look up into the sky for 10 minutes, re-watch it, and then admit that you are wrong. It is that good. I would seriously consider this one of the 20 best animated episodes of all time. But The Sting is everything I ask for from Science Fiction. A great story that made me think, didn't give away too much, advanced the overall show, made me laugh, made me cry, and took full advantage of the world of animation. I dare you to point out one half hour on television last year that was better scripted. Of course, I could be wrong.
