Dan did the voice of the Robot Devil, I believe.

i know dan did the voice of him in hell is other robots but john did it in one of the x-mas eps and it sounded like john again in the last ep

Yes, it was Dan playing the role as him in 4ACV18 as well as 1ACV09, check the ending credits if you don't believe me.

In 3ACV03, A Tale Of Two Santas, in the small cameo Beelzebot had. John (DiMaggio) Voiced him.
Dan voiced him in the 2 other speaking appearances, 1ACV09 and 4ACV18.

While we're talking about voices, who did the voice for Destructor? I only ask because I heard the "Destructor scream" on The Critic last night.

Destructor sounds like another Maurice Lamarche voice.

Maurice Lamarche voiced Beelzebot in "A Tale Of Two Santas", on all other occasions the voice is done by Dan Castellaneta. Straight from the mouth of David X Cohen.

And as we all know, Maurice LaMarche did charcter voices (such as Jay's friend Jeremy) for the Critic.

Who does the voices of Dwight and Cubert? (In "Bender Should Not Be Allowed On TV", right before Cubert, Dwight and Tinny Tim are about to enter Bender's apartment to steal stuff, Cubert says, "Okay, it's crime time". When he says this, he sounds exactly like "Bobby" from King of the Hill...same actor?)

Nope.  Cubert is voiced by Rugrats' Kath Soucie, who also does the voices of Michelle and some of the Orphanarium kids.

John Dimaggio did Robot Santa, but on the audio commentaries Cohen says it's Muarice doing Beelzebot.

John D.= Robot Santa from "Tale of Two Santas"

Maurice= Beelzebot from "Tale of Two Santas"

Dan= Beelzelbot from "Hell is Other Robots" and "Devil's Hands"

And by the way, more on topic, you can hear it's Dan Castellaneta in "The Devil's Hands...". When the Robot Devil is on stage, he opens the contract and sings, "You should have checked the wording in the fine print". Especially in the word "fine" you hear a tinge of Mayor Quimby's voice (Simpsons), also done by Dan Castellaneta.
