Leela does say it in My Three Suns, when she spits out the slug.  She also says it in A Tale Of Two Santas, when they're reading letters to Santa.

Edit: I think she also says "This is awful" in A Leela Of Her Own, about the Cygnoid Pizza.

In "My Three Suns" Leela scream "Oh my god!" when she spits out the slug. She does indeed say, "I did mean to offend a little, this is awful." in "A Leela Of Her Own".

So that leaves "A Tale Of Two Santas", and that's exactly the one I had in mind.
