Seems like the 2003 contest is a foregone conclusion (I had a hunch it would be, but still in all fairness the other songs deserved a shot), so let's move on the finding the best damn original song/musical number in Futurama (plus knock the difficulty up a notch). The contestants are: From The 2001 Contest: "Robot Hell Bonanza" written by Eric Kaplan and Keen Keeler. From The 2002 Contest comes "The Elves Are Back To Work" written by Ken Keeler and "Sonata For A Cyclops" composed by Christopher Tyng. And finally from The 2003 Contest comes "Leela, Orphan Of The Stars" which I'm assuming is written by the great Ken Keeler.

I chose the opera. "Welcome to Robot Hell" is excellent, but the opera is better.

Before I tell you what I voted for I hate you all for making me pick between Robot Hell & Leela, Orphan Of The Stars.
But anyway I have went for the second.
