I've sent two emails to the address provided for requesting custom avatars, I've made a couple of posts in the avatar shop post, but I'm still stuck with the library avatar I chose, while I see people who asked for theirs well after me already have them.
What's the secret? What do I have to do to get my avatar up?

I uploaded your avatar weeks ago.  To use it, go to your Profile and select "Custom" in the avatar-selection field.
