commercial ripoff of bender!!!

season 3 episode 6 (3ACV06)..

during the montage where bender is with angelene, they are doing "couples" activities.. when bender is at the carnival trying to win angelene a prize and he misses with his first 2 (of 3) throws, he then throws his last ball at the carny and knocks him out and steals a gigantic stuffed pig for agelene.

this was pretty funny..

so earlier today i'm flipping around directv (i think i was watching baseball tonite on ESPN) and they show a "mike's hard lemonade" commercial.. the guy threw the ball at the carny, knocked him out and stole the alcoholic beverages. i was instantly engraged! a blatant ripoff of our beloved bender..

to make sure i wasnt jumping the gun and that this whole "knocking out the carny and stealing a prize"wasnt an old gag or anything, i asked a few people if they had ever heard about this.. although they laughed, none had ever heard of it.. i even asked some old people just to be sure..

so anyhow.. maybe i'm wrong about this.. but this seems like a total ripoff..

I have seen that exact commercial
I thought it looked familiar but couldn't remember from where.  I don't know if it is a ripoff, but it sure does seem the same now that you mention it.
