Sweden.. humm

I've noticed that they use "Sweden" a little now and then I the Futurama series, so as a Swede I wonder if Sweden is well knows over there in the states? And why didn't they use other countries?

We know of Sweden. Of course we do. Where else would all our IKEA furiture come from? Plus Sweden is a good comedy word. It has S and W in it. It's an enjoyable sounding word like, Cookie, or Noodle, or Banana.

Don't forget the Swedish cook in the Muppet Show. Quite an accurate description of Swedish cuisine, if you ask me.   

Isn't it kinda weird all those money that come with the Nobel Peace Prize originate from weapon sales?
