if ppl were to go and figure it out, they would discover it ment 666, but that's not really the point.  the joke is, bender reads some binary numbers that he sais it is all nonsense or jibberish.  the others don't understand binary code, so to them it's just a bunch of random 1s and 0s toos.  then he looks in the mirror and it says the original digits backwords.  to the others, it's still a bunch of random digits, but suddenly bender realizes what it really says and is horrified.  i'm actually not really explaining it well, and others will probably think that i'm missing the point too, but that's the joke.  and the whole "backwords letters but when you look in the mirror..." thing is common in horror movies, but the most well known incident was in Stanley Kubrick's (spelling?) "the shining."

Bovinatron Is Right.
I Think Hey Kinda Lost Me For A Minute There  :)

0101100101 - Bender Read This As Jiberish But When He Saw It In The Mirror "1010011010" He Got Scared And Ran. And Like Bovinatron Pointed Out The Same Thing Happened In "The Shining"

I havent seen it, but 666 is the devils number and it sounds like the honking is a parody of the shining... ahh, get someone who's seen it to explain, but bender is afraid of the devil....

Not only doen't 0101100101 (357) mean anything it would be illogical to add the first 0. It just like our decimal system, why would you add 0 to 357 (0357)?
For robots it would make a point to add zero's to get a number of 8, 16 or 32 digits, but there is no reason to make a 10 digit number.
What can we conclude from this? Well, it's no coincidence the backward number is 666
