There is this one scene in the Honking when they are looking for the tire tracks and it seems to lead into a garage. I don't know what it was about it, but I almost peed myslef from laughing so hard.  It went:

Leela:   The tire tracks seem to lead in that garage.

Fry:    Good Job, Eagle Eye.

My two favorite funny moments that coem to mind immediately come from the episodes "Parasites Lost" and "The Why of Fry".

in "Parasites Lost", Fry threatens to kill himself by stabbing his medula oblongata (sp?) to which all the worms quickly reply "don't, don't!"

then as it quiets down you hear a voice say "wait a minute, man" or something like that... truly hilarious voice work.

finally, in "the Why of Fry", the nibblonians are explaining the situation to him, and they tell him that he is the most important person in the world, indeed, the universe, to which he replys:

"Oh, snap."

Genius, pure genius.

And ApathyParty, I love the line in bender wrestling episode where bender knocks the slug off of hermes head, and then replaces it and hermes says, "thanks it was cold down there on the floor".

also wanted to add - I love the moment that Zapp and Kif are outside Planet Express, During Branigin Begin again.  Usually when characters are in the backgroud they are moving - but Kif just stands there totally still and stares....omg..I laugh sooo hard

In the Birdbot of Ice-Catraz, it just so hilariously dramatic how Fry acts when he yells "Oh the fools! If only they'd built it with 6001 hulls! When will they learn?". The way he get down on his knees, takes of his jacket and waves his hands in the air = funny as freaking heck.

In "The Route of all evil" there are a couple of bits that really made me laugh.

Prof. Accusing gentle Bender of a misdeed? Thats the last straw...

and

Dwight: I heard alcohol makes you stupid.
Fry: No, I'm.......Doesn't.

They both crack me up.
