I think you're all missing the point a bit.  If I'm gonna make jokes about the diminutive size of someone's wang, I'm not gonna do a lot of research to find out if my dis is accurate.  It's funnier if you have no idea whether it's true or not.  Less disturbing, too.

Great episode ..very funny and at least with some sci-fi (i say this because this is the last sci-fi episode we will see due to coming three with Bender as focus and the last one will not be sci-fi sadly) . I like see Lrr and Ndd altough maybe they apear too much..i guess that all those sex jokes are what Groening promised.. The UFO abducting Fry was very good , not only for the "Windows tube screen saver" joke , but for fry saying "the parking zone is over there!... wait.. stop abducting me!" .

Bender constant joke about Fry size was spected but maybe he ended boring. Very funny the jail in flames.. altough it seems taken from Simpson (wich is plain of cheap car explosions jokes).

In the end.. it`s a good episode.. not from the best but a very good one with sci-fi, aliens, a space station, ships, Omicron Persei 8 and our three characters working together isntead against others like many other episodes.

Note: the "lower horn remove device" was skary enough to we to say all "aauggghhhh!" but is good to know that Lrr didn`t know about the "tiny secondary horn" until now isn`t?

i've noticed that too. Leela's singing does get easier to listen to with each repetition

Good episode. The wanking jokes weren't too overdone as it was only Bender who made them - though what was Bigfoot doing at the end?? I liked the way Leela poked fun at how Zoidberg sometimes appears with the regular trio when they go snooping about. The ranger was cool too, its a pity we won't see any more of him though.

Saw it a couple of days ago been too busy to respond.

I really liked this ep it was great. It didnt progress the plot but it was light hearted and fun. The beatboxin theme was good but I like the one they do on the audio commentaries better.

The lower horn remover was good, everytime it popped up it had me in hysterics (which no show has done for awhile) especially when the 2 circular pieces came out hehe. The shot when the second ommicronian gaurd pops up in the back ground with esky (icebox might be the term u americans use?).

Funny episode really enjoyed it  :D

i didn't.....this episode was no all that great to me. it was not as funny as 300 big ones, and it was in no way shippy, it was just there. it played through, and for some strange reason i couldn't laugh at the jokes...i knew they were jokes, and i knew i should laugh, but that feeling where you just have to laugh at a joke because it is funny was...not there... i don't know what came over me in this episode, but i was just not feeling it. i watched it with a downloaded version, so quality was bad, but it is the voice that is funny most of the time, and i still got all the sight gags, but i did not laugh...the only part that made me kinda smirk was where you see half of amy's ass as she got into the tent naked, and leela was probalbly naked too, kinda made me wonder what the writters were getting at with that...but still. the episode just played out and i felt nothing from it, no satisfction in a good episode, no pain in my chest from laughing, no torment from another shippy gone bad, nothing. it just played out and was over...nothing...

i don't know if i like futurama anymore....

Icebox, cooler.

And getak, maybe it's just cause the ep was light and no point really was in it.  maybe thats why you didnt like it.  Still, its really a one time only ep, where if it didn't air it would not change anything, it was just a break from heavy ploted ones.  i hope you didn't really mean that last thing you said...

A funny episode with philosophical background.
- for example when Lrrr realizes that it is wrong to hunt/kill a lifeform just for getting some body-parts for ... some kind of weird use. - Sad fact: There are still a lot rare animals killed every year to get aphrodisica.  :hmpf: I think this episode shows well how odd that idea of "aphrodisiac horn" is.
- The message of TheScary Door was also interesting: The most evil animal of all is ... Man!
[Sarcastic Feministic Note] Valery Solanas had knew it all the time!  ;)  :p Men are evil![/Sarcastic Feministic Note]
I said S A R C A S T I C!  :D
 .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. ..
The best of the whole episode:
Leela sings  :)
Okay, she was a bit nervous and so she had not her best singing voice but...
*wants that song on CD and record*

</sarcasm> (and they said it was dead!)

anyway, i probalbly don't mean that last line of my other post....until i see the last episode, then come back here five minutes after it finishes and tell you all to get a new show to fall in love with...in fact, i probalbly will just not post and fade into oblivion only to go to another show equal to or better than futurama.

Getak, from your recent rants, it's become quite clear that you don't like Futurama anymore, and from the things you've always said, it's also clear that you will leave and forget about Futurama the second after the last episode is over. My question to you is, why are you still here?

Leela must have some Finnish background since she's having a beer for breakfast. Some years ago I was visiting the States and I met a older guy in his 70s or something like that. He had visited the Finnish communities somewhere near the Great Lakes and he was quite astonished that the Finns were having beer for breakfast. (OK, it's not normal to have beer for breakfast here in Finland but it's not too uncommon during the holidays, especially if you are camping. Finns are quite notorious drunks  :) ) Another fact supporting Leela's Finnish background is a fact, which I heard that Finns have the most birth mutations (or whatever its called) in the world...

(although true, this is written tongue in cheek just in case somebody doesn't get it...  :p )

Due to a series of bizarely inexplicable events the copy that I watched had no pictures, just sound, and so I had to go onto Cant Get Enough Futurama and look at the framegrabs and imagine watching the episode. As a result of this I am not quite sure what happened at the end. In what I 'watched', and I use the term losely, it seemed to have had a different ending from what I have seen described here. Could I please have a final definitive ending.

Ussually for me its drinking the night before, and then sleeping in/out of the tent/camp ground/river/port a jon/raft etc. is a not a problem.  Remembering what you did with your underwear after consuming way to much Jack Daniels is where the problem lies.

After watching my tape of 'Spanish Fry' for the umpteenth time, I (finally) noticed the AL writing at the top of the flying saucer's license plate. Is that AL2, or a fresh sighting of AL3? Owing to the small font of the writing, and the tape and VCR available to me, I just can't tell. If it's AL2, has anyone decrypted it? Just curious.
If it IS AL3, YI-HA! More data for the decryption algorithm.

Sorry if this has been mentioned before: I looked, but so far haven't seen anything...

I think someone said it was a deleted scene to an episode, but I wouldn't know, since I'm in the US! *cries* I guess they're putting in all the jokes they didn't use before into newer episodes, like the "One of these days, Ndnd..." was a bit different than "Problem with Popplers" deleted scene, but still the principle's the same.

I remember giggling because I thought the saucer had California plates - that's what they look like, anyway, and I didn't even notice it was an alien language. I'll check later today on the big screen, although the tape quality is never very good - we may have to wait for the clearer DVDs...

This ep was kinda disappointing for me, I had really high expectations though. But I thought, for a second to last ep, it should have been a lot better, and less modern-simpsonsy-stupid. There were some class moments, and lost of very funny ones too. I though it 'Mars University' the Professor laughed at their still being jungles on Earth. Ok, this was a forest, but still, you know... I love the space Bazzare, very neat visuals, and the 'How may I pervert you?' line was class. Lurr was good, but could have been better. IMO this was his weakest performance, but still this is an alright ep, but that's about it  :)

I loved it.  I also thought the new theme music was cool - even if it is for one episode.
Everyone who is ranting about the Amy/Leila see-through tent needs to calm down -c'mon - she's spraying her boots.

I always thought there should be some more Lur-time.  Fry was in top form - as usual

I don't know whether this is defenitive but - Fry gets to keep his human horn   -
as Lurr prevents Ranger Park the Park ranger from tranquillising Bigfoot and bringing back his feet as proof of his existence by vapourising the tranq. gun.  Lurrr's wife is turned on by Lurr's gentle behaviour - and they get their raunch on whilst Bigfoot looks on.
They then finish the episode by rolling "The Scary Door" in the credits
BTW it was man

I just can't wait to see this episode tonight. It shows here in England today at 7:00pm. Futurama also has been give hot show (out of Three) to watch today, this episode that is, so even more the reason to watch it. It isn't the first time, it was given the title last Sunday too. So two weeks in a row! (Last Weeks episode was Hell is Other Robots). Maybe it'll be 3 weeks in a row. (Bend- Her - possible)

I think the opening tube was a copy of or another exanple of JDs beat boxing and BWs adlibbing as shown in some commentary or other, and for gods sake matty b pay attention, you have seen it b4 it was a deleted scene, and a dman good one too. I loved it as should you all of. I hate the way some of you over analyse it and end up finding fault after fault, news flash, you're watching FUTURAMA.

Over all a funny ep with extras for fans, a real gift from DXC and i cant wait to hear the commentary.
