Well, I suppose that if you have enough proof (like you give the reason it was said and everything) you don't need confirmation - but if you were guessing, then people should wait 24 hours after CONFIRMATION before posting their own quote. Just say that the answer is confirmed 23 hours after the person answered - if you're only waiting 24 hours until the answer was said, then that person will only have an hour to post until their turn is up for grabs. It's just fairer this way. Anyway, I think this has gone off-topic enough, let's wait for Teral's quote now.
