I know there was a lot of debate going around after the Farnsworth Parabox aired.  Stuff about if it was possible to create a universe, what would happen if the Proffesor flipped a coin to create the box, there was only one cowboy universe...
But I watched 30% Iron Chef today and thought of Parabox when I heard this quote.
It was two bums talking about Spargle's restaraunt.
"The only way to get a reservation, was to create a parallel universe where you already HAD reservations."

Didn't know if this had been brought up before, but I don't think the writers really were trying to foreshadow Parabox with it.  Interesting, eh?

So which parallel dimension did the Brain Sphere get warped to in The Why of Fry?

Sorry.  Did'nt mean too.  I was just walking down the road when I saw a can, and I'm all like "Oh, I wonder what's in this can?"  So I opened it like *squeaky-squeaky* ('cause I don't got one of the good electirc openers, but an old crank dealy), and when I finally got it opened, I looked inside and laughed, 'cause it's just a can of little bitty worms, but when my back wqas turned, the worms rose up to form ONE GIANT WORM!  And they killed me with their WORMLIKE VERACITY!

From the audio commentary to "I Dated A Robot":

Fry: "Farout! So there's an infinite number of universes?"
Farnsworth: "No, just the two."
Rich Moore: "Ooops!"
Cohen: "Eeerrhh....."

Didn't they give the additional parallel universes a new name (the exact name escapes me and the more I try to think about the name the more I forget.) in the commentary? In any case the parallel universes in 30% Iron Chef and The Farnsworh Parabox were both created by people instead of always being there like the cowboy universe. I draw a blank on The Why Of Fry universe.

At the time of I Dated a Robot, Farnsworth just wasn't aware that there are more parallel Universe's than two. Just because he say's something, doesn't mean he's right.
That's my personall way of getting around that potential plothole.

Could they be perpendicular universes?

The first new universe was called either Universe B or Universe 1, depending on who you paid attention to.  All the other universes were numbered.

I think the whole parallel universe would be very much different than the one protrayed in The Fransworth Paradox. Considering that if all coins flipped backwords who knows how many bets would effect another person's life.

I know the names of the Parabox universes I was just talking about what they said in the IDAR commentary after they said "Whoops!" and I think it was what SFC said, they called them "perpendicular universes."

On the DVD commentary for I dated a Robot, they say that later on in the show's life, this will be proved wrong.  They said, however, the other universes could be perpendicular.  Good thinking about that quote on 30% iron chef, Mr.B...
