They will show all 5 new episodes in a row starting July 13th, or at least that was what I read at CGEF.

July 13 is "Spanish Fry" (don't ask why). Here are some descriptions: "Fry's nose is taken by aliens who consider the 'human horn' to be an aphrodisiac. But the pair it's to benefit has deeper relationship problems."
"Fry is beamed aboard a spaceship and then returned without a nose; the gang learns aliens are profiting from the sale of human noses." (I hate it when TV characters are referred to as "the gang." )

Don't know about "Spanish Fry". The plot sound pretty silly, and Ron Weiner is so far two miss (A Pharaoh To Remember and Less Than Hero) and one bullseye (Luck of The Fryrish).
Then again Peter Avanzino is a great director.
To be honest the only episodes left that I have high hopes for is "The Devil's Hands are Idol Playthings" and "Obsoletely Faboulous"

Although i'm really looking forward to all the remaining episodes, I have to say that the plots for Bend Her and Obsoletely Fabulous sound a bit too similar. Altough it's probably too early to judge because the only info on Obsoletely Fabulous is a bit vague. Does anyone know what the 'unwanted upgrade' is? And Spanish Fry sounds realy great! I love the totaly bizzar, far out episodes.

From memory, Obsoletely Fabulous: Bender gets an unwanted upgrade. Bend Her: Bender gets an upgrade and becomes female. Seems a little too similar to not be a two-parter.

Longer description of "Spanish Fry" from CGEF: "When the Planet Express gang goes camping in the woods for their company outing and Fry goes searching for an encounter with his favorite legendary figure, Bigfoot -- he is beamed aboard a spaceship and returned the next day without a nose. Fry learns that humans everywhere have been losing their noses and aliens are profiting for the sale of 'human horns.' A suggestion from Leela and a surprise visitor aim at keeping the human face safe." There's "gang" again....

Cool cool. Anyone have any ideas when Futurama is next airing on British terrestrial? I've been searching, but to no avail.

Keep in mind that some parts of the Bend Her plot claim that Bender's new female upgrade allows him to take part in the olympics. So, I'm thinking that the female upgrade is going to be WANTED by Bender (probably because he was unable to make it in the male robot olympic team). Keep in mind we have had some episodes with very similar storylines that turned out to be completely different. So, I say - don't judge any of the new episodes until you see them.

ShineFusion - we haven't ONLY JUST started Season 4, we're over halfway through, considering it only had 12 episodes, and we're already up to Godfella's... As behind as Channel 7 may be (mainly due to the 2 year hiatus of Futurama), we haven't really had any breaks between episodes. Okay, so there's the odd episode skipped, and they changed the timeslot around a lot in season 3 - but at least we don't have to wait periods of months just for 2 or 3 new episodes.
