That's not it.  I'll tell you that it isn't a behind-the-scenes references, and it isn't a throwaway reference like in my previous question.  In each episode it's part of the plot, but not always an important part.

Here's the list again:

"Raging Bender"
"War is the H-Word"
"A Tale of Two Santas"
"Bend Her"
Bobby King

Dressing as the other sex is the answer.  I was going to ask for each specific example, but people were having such a hard time that I left it out.  Anyway, here's what happened in each episode:

"Raging Bender:" Bender as Gender Bender
"War is the H-Word:" Leela as Lee Lemon
"A Tale of Two Santas:" Amy as Santa
"Bend Her:" Bender as Coilette

It's Bobby King's turn.

I'm guessing it's The Amazon women appearing. But if that's the case you left out The Lesser of Two Evils!

Is it?  Oh, uh...

This may not be the best question, but it's all I can think of:

What connects Fry to the late 70s/early 80s band The Soft Boys?

Guess: They were on The Breakfast Club soundtrack which is where Fry hid the seven leaf clover in "Luck of the Fryrish."

I guess I'm probably right.  I had some idea of waiting for confirmation, because I don't have a good question in mind.  I'll come up with a good one tonight, when I get my dvd player back and I can look at some episodes.
