Anyone have them yet? I bought mine at my local Suncoast...I was surprised at all the Futurama stuff there...figures, die cast metal thingies, the wind-up Bender/Nibbler, and the 12 inch Nibbler, and possibly more that I'm forgetting.

I'm too poor to get all of them at once, so right now I only have Bender. And I'm not cool enough to write a detailed review, but I'll say the toy is very cool. Good sculpting, articulation, and accessories. I'm not too big on action figures, but this is cool stuff...I love the Suicide Booth display. The only thing that keeps me from killing myself right now is the hope that I might live long enough to finally see the day when suicide is automated by coin-operated machines. *sigh*

I do have one and a half complaints though. One, Bender can't hold any of his accessories. It would be a lot cooler if he could actually hold the bottle of beer himself. My half complaint is that it should be cheaper...I bet if it were marketed more widely, and with a lower price, all the kids would buy one. My niece keeps playing with Bender, and she doesn't even watch the show. A cute, boozehound robot...come on, kiddies, what's not to love?

dont you mean you bought two? Bender and <hopefully> Leela? Oh but thats a birthday gift for your dear friend Velourfog right?  Dont let your kids grub up the packaging.

I read that he CAN hold the bottle, maybe you and/or your bender is retarded.

Yeah, I think I am. I also saw a picture with Bender bending the girder, but I can't get that to happen...my basic motor skills are only advanced enough to get him to hold it in one hand(and even then, it's not held in place very well).

I'm desperatly looking for these figures at a retail store. Do you have any suggestions other than Suncoast? Mine closed years ago and no similar store has come to replace it.

I don't know...I read that they're supposed to be at Toys 'R Us, but the one by my house didn't have anything. Do you have any comic shops? There might be some figures there...call around, or shop online if you have to.

I do hope they come to Toys R' Us. I have a comic shop nearby but they charge phenomanally high prices.

i can't afford any of the action figures right now!!  i don't care how much money i have when the zoidberg one comes out tho!!! in math class, we had to make these 34 sided polyhedramajigger thingies.  i made mine with pictures of zoidberg all over it.  maybe i'll take a picture and post it.  zoidberg rocks!!  um.....back to the topic.....oh yeah!  what accessories does the PE ship come with, and how big is it?

Go there for some good pictures and a review. The ship comes with three alien creature thingies, and it's way too small, but oh well.
