The subtlest joke

In the commentary for Why Must I Be A Crustacean In Love, when they are at the gym they say that coming up is the subtlest and most dirty joke. I think it has something to do with the 'Kegelcizer'. Does anyone know what this joke is?

Th P/NP thing is a computer science joke. Look it up here (for realyl indepth explanation) or here (in more layman terms)

It's a muscle and only women have them.  You should be able to figure it out, especially since you know the joke is "dirty".

The problem here is my dictionary doesn't appear to contain the word - although I must admit I was almost certain 99% that this was what it was
