Futurama Stuff vs. The World

Since my original attempt (Amy vs. . . . ) went awry, I'm trying again, but with a few modifications.  Rules are the same, but subject matter is more or less unlimited.

Round 1:
Which is more addictive?
Slurm vs. Tomacco

I would say slurm.... but then again those animals went crazy when they were on tomacco.
I thought that Simpsons episode was great, and I love anything related to slurm.

Yeah, this one definitely goes to Tomacco. Slurm is addictive, but not dangerously so(unless you're given some highly concentrated Slurm, and you have to decide between it and saving your friends, but come on, how often does that happen). Slurm is more on par with gushers...if they're there, you'll eat entire boxes of them, but if they're not you'd probably forget about them. Tomacco, on the other hand, will make you go crazy if you have to go without it.

Slurm "says" its highly addictive, but we havent seen actual evidence of this in anyone other than Fry.  and Fry was addicted to regular soda/cola/pop to begin with.  So perhaps Slurm isnt as addictive as they'd have us think.  And we saw lots of people and animals addicted to Tomacco

I'd go with Tomacco as well.  Slurm tastes good, as opposed to Tomacco, at least at first.  Tomacco 5, Slurm 1.

id say tomacco, cause nicotine is the most addictive substance in the world.  i've heard from lots of people that they haven't smoked in 30 years, but still everytime they see somebody light up, they really want a ciggarette.

Also I would say frink but he has also been around loger  (as in how long the series have been around) I think when fransworth has been around as long as frink he will have more cooler inventions

You ever get to that point where you wanna kill somebody but you can't choose who? No? Is that normal? Haha, anyway Farnsworth gets my vote because he's like old and wears his pants all high and is forgetful, you try to invent something when you're old and senile, see how it feels? So obviously Farnsworth wins by default.

As for Mom and Mr. Burns, Mr. Burns wins no contest because everyone knows he's evil, but everyone thinks Mom is this sweet old lady, it doesn't matter how she acts in private, it's what the public sees that counts haha. Everyone loves her, if she was more evil than Mr. Burns do you think everyone would love her? Nope.

Ok and then the talk about nicotine being addictive, it's all BS. That episode was funny but pure BS. Haha. Addictions are just excuses for weak willed people.
