Yeah, me too. They might have them in future commentaries, though. I'd love to hear Katey in the commentaries for "The Sting", for instance. Honestly, I can't see how they can make commentaries for that episode without her.

Yeah, I think Katie should definately be on the commentaries for 'The Sting', and 'Leela's Homeworld' at the very least. The commentaries have already been recorded though, if only there was a way of finding out now...

I would assume that Katey Sagal is too busy to sit down and watch a whole season back to back. Those voice-actors that you mentioned are all pretty popular and assumably are very busy (no offense to John DiMaggio, though...)

Recording commentaries would take quite a while, I imagine. It's just like "The Simpsons": none of the voice-actors do commentaries for those episodes. It's a sad time constraint.

But taping 2-3 episodes take about 1 hour, so it's not like it'll tip their weekly schedule. Billy West does a lot of audio commentaries, and he is quite busy as well.

I can't imagine "Leela's Homeworld" or "The Sting" without Katey, then again I couldn't imagine them doing "A Leela Of Her Own" without her, and look what happened.

I always wondered about katey, she is the second lead character and she has never done one commentary. I can't really see how she can be that busy, is she in anything elese but this?
Or.....she might want money for it, like Arnold does. He got $70.000 for the Total Recall commentary and it cost more than the actual DVD production.

Katey Sagal also does "8 Simple Rules Blah Blah Blah..." I would assume that real-life acting takes up quite a bit more time than voice-over work. No offense, but I don't think that Billy West's workload (while considerable and impressive) would keep him from doing an hour or so of commentary. Remember, he only did 2 episodes on the Season 1 DVDs. (I don't know about the others, because lousy Region 1 players....::shakes fist:: )

I thought Billy West did more than 2 episodes of commentary.
